He is survived by his wife of almost 73 years, Louise Clarke, and three sons: Dennis and wife Lola, of Martinsburg and Naples, FL; Richard (Dick) and wife Gail, of Beaufort, SC; and A celebration of life service will be held at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood, West Virginia on Sunday, February 27, 2022.
